1-All of Ocean Smart's electrical appliances are guaranteed for a minimum of two years, except for the accessories and accessories:
2-To benefit from the warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the device and to ensure that the warranty period is valid.
3-Warranty Service Provider:
3,1-The guarantee of the product and the quality of workmanship is provided by the agent or the supplier, and the customer must communicate with them directly to obtain warranty and maintenance services, in accordance with the laws and regulations.
3,2-Warranty and maintenance services provided by the agent or supplier are not considered the responsibility of Ocean Smart, including the availability of spare parts, repair time and quality of service, and the customer must communicate directly with the agent or supplier in the event of any complaint or claim.
3,3-To ensure the highest levels of service, Ocean Smart offers its own warranty on some products and the customer can contact us for details
4-General provisions of the guarantee:
4,1-Repair time is maximum (15) days for warranty faults.
4,2-The warranty covers the service of repair or replacement of spare parts free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean the replacement of the product or the refund of its value, and malfunctions resulting from:
*Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or the instructions referred to
*Breaks, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat.
*Attempts to repair or maintenance operations by parties not approved by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards and Metrology Organization.
4,3-The shelf life of each product varies, and the customer should review the product manual or contact the agent for details.
Warranty of installation and programming services
To ensure the satisfaction of our customers and to maintain our credibility, we offer customers:
- One year warranty. Includes product installation and programming only and excludes the following:
- Misuse of device applications or non-compliance with the instructions presented when completing programming and installation for the client.
- Breaks, blows, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high temperature. It damages the internal components of the devices.
- Attempts for repair or maintenance operations by third parties.
- Internet interruption of the devices or changing the password of the network of devices
- Free maintenance for three months.
- 24-hour customer service to answer your inquiries in case the customer encounters any difficulty in use or needs a consultation.
- Providing advice and following up on our customers to take full advantage of smart devices and achieve electricity savings.
- Product training: When the installation and programming service is provided, the customer is fully trained on smart devices and how to use them.
- At the end of the maintenance period, and upon the client's request for maintenance, this is done at an amount determined during the field visit.
